Science- Skin, Hair and Nails.

This week was Science week and we learned all about our skin, hair and nails.

The children organised facts into treasure and trash (fact or fiction) and we discussed what our skin does for us and how it is vital for us to survive. Can anyone remember how much our skin would weigh if we lay it out flat?

We also learned all about our some of our internal organs. The heart, liver, lungs and stomach.

Zara D put some labels on Zoe,  to show the rest of the class where our organs are located

Challenge questions: The biggest organ in our body is ________________.

Comment below with your answer.

Hope everyone has a nice weekend and I’m looking forward to reading your comments,

Ms Willoughby.
